Film a round or a match and send it to your coach. They watch it back, pause on the details, draw over the position and talk you through what actually happened — grip, angle, timing. You keep the video.
How to start → Free to join — you only pay when you ask your coach for a reviewYou already know the round didn't go how you wanted. What you don't know is which half-second decided it. That's the part a coach can see on film and you can't feel while it's happening.
Rolling, competition, drilling — a phone propped against a wall is enough. Upload the clip and tell your coach what you're working on or where it fell apart.
They scrub through the film, slow it down, draw over the frame and record a voice-over walking you through it — the same thing they'd say mat-side, except you can rewind it.
The finished breakdown lands in your app and stays there. Anything still unclear, ask in the thread underneath it — your coach answers in the same place.
A real breakdown, mid-recording
A one-off review answers one question. Mentoring is the version where every breakdown builds on the last one — a standing monthly relationship with a coach who's actually watching your game develop.
Send footage regularly and your reviews are included — your coach sets how many per week. Because they're watching continuously, the notes stop repeating and start compounding.
A 1-on-1 thread for the questions that come up between sessions. Your coach can drop in clips from their own video library to show you exactly what they mean.
A shared calendar where your coach maps out the week — training, drilling, positionals, sparring, S&C, comp prep, rest — and attaches film to the days it belongs to.
You tell your coach what you're chasing when you start. They set the check-ins, so staying on track isn't only on you to remember.
Reviews included in your mentorship — no per-clip charge.
Clips from your coach's own library, yours while you're training together.

Both live on your coach's profile. Start with one breakdown to see how your coach teaches on film. When you want them following your game week to week, mentoring picks up from there.
Send one clip, get one breakdown. Good for a competition match you want picked apart, a position you keep getting stuck in, or seeing how a coach works before you go further.
Ongoing coaching: included film reviews every week, the private chat, the shared training calendar, and access to your coach's video library while you're training with them.
No. A phone leaned against a wall or bag is what most footage is shot on. Your coach needs to see the position and the sequence, not 4K — if you can tell what's happening, so can they.
No, and it isn't meant to. Mat time is mat time. This is for the part that's hard to do in a busy class — sitting down with the film and going through it properly, without holding up twenty other people.
That's between you and your coach — they review on their own schedule, usually within a couple of days. You get a notification the moment it's ready.
Your coach, and no one else. The clip you upload and the breakdown that comes back are private to the two of you. Nothing you send is posted anywhere or shown to other students.
Then tell them about it — coaches are joining now, and a coach whose students are already asking is exactly who we want to hear from. There's a page explaining it for them below.
Yes. One-off reviews are one-off by definition — there's nothing running in the background. A monthly mentorship can be cancelled at any point, and you keep everything your coach has already made for you.
Pick something you've been stuck on — a round that didn't go your way, a position you keep losing. Sending it takes about as long as posting it to your group chat would have.
